Terms for participating in the Hyttebasen test

The test at app.hyttebasen.no is a restricted trial of Hyttebasen using Furutangen data.

Who may participate

The test is for invited participants. Use only your own account, keep one-time codes and other access private, and do not invite anyone else without agreement from the person responsible for the test.

Permitted test use

Use only the functions and information included in the agreed test work. Treat imported people, cabin, location, and history information as confidential and stay within the permissions shown for your account.

• Do not send customer messages or invitations.
• Do not make payments or change payment arrangements.
• Operate physical gates only by prior arrangement with the person responsible for the test; the gates are real.
• Do not publish or share personal information without explicit approval from the test operator.

A registered stay describes a period when a cabin is in use. It is not by itself an order for ploughing or another paid service.

Errors and uncertain outcomes

Check the result after saving. If the outcome is unknown after a network interruption, reuse the same retained attempt or establish its status before trying again. Removing a local attempt does not necessarily withdraw an action already stored by the server.

Test limitations

The service is under test and must not be the sole basis for safety-critical actions. Payments, subscriptions, and ordinary customer delivery are unavailable. Physical gates may only be operated by prior arrangement with the person responsible for the test.

Public and private content

News, opening hours, and other published content on the public website can be read without signing in. Private account, cabin, and history information must only be used within the access you have been given.

Continued operation and test data

If the test transitions into ordinary operation, the Furutangen test copy will be retained as the basis for the continuing service. There is no single fixed calendar deadline for every category of information. Send questions about specific information, correction, or deletion to emil@hyttebasen.no.
